Additional Equipment

The official booth stand contractor is “Korea E & I.” All questions regarding decoration, furniture, carpeting, electricity, etc. should be directed to Korea E & I. Additional equipment such as furniture, AV or lighting may be brought by exhibitors if necessary. Exhibitors may also rent what they need from Korea E & I. Please refer to the rental catalog.

* Move-In & Out

When putting up any materials in the exhibition hall during the move-in/out period, exhibitors must lay py-tex or plywood on the ground to prevent potential damages to the floor. Exhibitors are fully responsible for any damages to the floor caused during move-in/out of exhibition material.

Booth Assigning Order

  • 1.Booth location will be assigned in the order of sponsorship level and payment.
  • 2.Order will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the IASGO 2016 secretariat.
  • -50% of the total fee is refundable for cancellations made before June 30, 2016.
  • -After June 30, 2016, there will be no refunds.
